The Semi-Automated production line transforms flat metal sheets into fully welded tubes using advanced laser welding technology. Engineered for manufacturers in the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and industrial applications, this modular system integrates sheet feeding, precision roll-forming, and high-speed laser welding. It delivers exceptional repeatability, dimensional accuracy, and process efficiency, making it ideal for producing components like ventilation ducts, chimney flues, hot water tanks, containers, pressure vessels, and fire extinguishers.

Laser Welding – Twin Station Setup
Once the tube is formed, it is transferred to a twin-station laser welding machine, enabling continuous operation — one station welds while the other is loaded/unloaded.
